​We can craft small batches of bespoke Gins and Rums for your Restaurant, Bar, Deli, Bottle Shop. Farm Shop, Corporate Event or Wedding Favours to name but a few. We can design a product unique to you. Lewis our distiller will work with you to develop your own recipe that will put your personal touch to your own spirit. We can supply labels, bottles, packaging and delivery to suit your needs.
Our 50 Litre Modular Still
For small batches we use our 50 litre still which is modular and can be configured to suit individual needs of a particular distillation technique best suited to our customer's bespoke requirements. We can incorporate a gin basket in addition to, or in place of, your botanicals being only in the pot boiler.
