OUR DISTILLER
We are a family run distillery and our passion is craft distilling using a mixture of art, science and engineering.
Our distillery is the concept borne from the desire of Lewis our distiller, to create craft spirits without restriction and boundaries.
We are offering a unique and bespoke service to business and personal customers alike. Whether you already have a company with your own brand of gin or rum and are now looking for a Scottish distiller; or you run a resturaunt, hotel, bar or deli and would love to be able to offer your own individual 'house' brand then we can cater for your needs.

For our personal customers we can offer an unlimited array of services. From a one off individual bottling to your taste and design, to wedding favour miniatures, to a fun group gathering with the distiller, creating your own 'tipple'.

Lewis our distiller studied at Herriot-Watt University and in 2011 graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Brewing and Distilling. It was during his studies he began working for a craft Brewery in Edinburgh and his passion for creating small batch, high quality products began.
After graduating he went on to roles involving sales and distribution, then rose to head brewer at one of the lead craft brewers in Scotland. He then had the opportunity to move back to his roots in Arbroath, where he took up the role of head distiller at a small 'ground to glass' distillery, making international award winning spirits.
He has now been able to realise his biggest dream of running his own distillery.
